Your participation
Financial reward for participation in the system
The remuneration of collaborating doctors is based on a share of the given user’s subscription for the duration of their active subscription, according to the following rules:
- Recommendation of a paying user — 30% share
- Provision of a consultation — 50% share
- Recommendation and consultation at the same time — 30 + 50% share
If you are willing to participate in consultations, the system will automatically assign you a paying user who, for example, entered the system without a recommendation or whose recommending doctor does not provide consultations.

- View automatic suggestions for targeted recommendations based on patient data.
- Use automatic analysis of medical reports uploaded by the user.
- After verifying the correctness of the suggestions, share them with the patient.
- Participate in the clinical verification of the system’s automatic features.
Join the platform
Sign up for the system today
- Provide documents proving specialisation in cardiology — the Czech Medical Chamber physician registration number is sufficient.
- Provide the name and Company ID of the healthcare provider where you are listed as the professional representative and where you have the right to sign contracts.
- If you are not authorised to provide healthcare services, apply to cooperate with one of the providers already working with the My Heart platform and attach your contract with that provider.
- After verification and approval by our platform, sign the contractual documentation electronically and start enrolling new users.
- Set your level of involvement in consultations by the number of users per month.
- Receive free promotional materials for your practice, including a specific QR code for registering a new user recommended by you.
- End the cooperation or adjust your level of involvement in consultations at any time.
